Job Title: Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Technician
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a temp to hire position; your performance dictates your progression. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout our facility. Your main duties will include cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restroom sinks and toilets, removing trash, and other assigned cleaning tasks. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors
Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces
Clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls
Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap
Clean entrance glass and other interior glass
Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders
Work effectively with other team members
Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies
Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners
Report building and equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor

Qualifications:
Must be 18+
Pass a background check
Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
Must have reliable transportation to travel to jobs sites with in Hampton Roads area (may have to travel to several sites per day as assigned)
Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility
Must be trustworthy, reliable, and dependable
Must have ability to work independently and as a team member
Must have cleaning experience
Must be detailed oriented and work at a efficient pace
Must be physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must uphold client privacy
Compensation:
$16 hourly, plus bonus
Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit
Schedule:
Weekday hours vary (day and evening hours)
Must be available on weekends
Must be flexible
