We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and friendly Part-Time Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. The position may lead to full-time employment for the right candidate. As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ homes are clean and tidy, providing outstanding customer service, and working around pets, dust, mildew, and various cleaning solutions.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain assigned areas of clients’ homes to meet or exceed their expectations
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with clients
Follow cleaning procedures and schedules as directed by the supervisor
Use cleaning solutions, equipment, and tools safely and effectively
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the supervisor
Drive to and from clients’ homes using a personal vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license and car insurance
Lift up to 25 lbs
Work in a safe manner, following all company policies and procedures
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications:
Pass a background check + drug screening
Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a working cellphone
Trustworthy, reliable, and dependable
Friendly with good communication skills
Ability to work around pets, dust, mildew, and various cleaning solutions
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Compensation:
Paid Training: $15/hour
Hourly Rate Post-Training: $20/hour
Weekly pay with direct deposit
